If I buy an ebook or digital product, how do I read it? Or get it to my favorite device?
Your item is immediately delivered with an email from “help@bookfunnel.com” with a link to download it (or you can send it directly to your favorite device). If the email hasn’t arrived within ten minutes, please look for it in your Spam folder (or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder).
This email link is fresh for two weeks. If you took longer than that or just can’t find the email, your ebooks and audiobooks are available right now in your Bookfunnel library where every book you’ve ever gotten through Bookfunnel has been automatically and magically shelved for you to read right there in the library.
Or download to any device. Anytime. Forever. Seriously.
Do this:
- Click here: my.bookfunnel.com
- Enter the email address you used during checkout.
- Enter a password of your choice (write it down for later). This password is the “key” to your library from now on.
I still can’t find my book though…
- Check your email again. Do you have more than one email address? The ebook or audiobook is delivered and linked to the email address you used at checkout.
- Check your library again. Have you used more than one email address over the years to collect books through bookfunnel? Surprise! You created a bookfunnel library for each of those email addresses. If you want those different libraries merged into a single library (so all of your ebooks are in one place), just email the super friendly folks at help@bookfunnel.com and they will take care of it!

As each audiobook releases, ACX gives me a pile of free vouchers to hand out! By the way… what are cozy mysteries?
Best books ever! (But I’m biased.) First of all, a cozy mystery has no intimate scenes and very little violence or swearing. Mine add suspenseful and perilous climaxes, a dash of western grit, a flickering romance in the background, and turn-of-the-century sensibilities.
There is a murder mystery, but the murder is brief or unseen and involves the discovery of a body. The victim was usually disliked or an unpleasant person. Cozy authors often put people who have been mean to them in books as murder victims – or so I’ve heard. 😉
The main character is an amateur sleuth (cannot be a detective, private detective, police officer).
Cozies are usually set in a small town or a small community.
They are feel-good stories, light in tone, with some humor.
Cozies have happy endings.💕
The mysteries are clever and well-crafted, and the supporting characters are usually quirky.
